iRentProperty provides continuity of service in Rotorua for clients from iFindProperty, with Nick Gentle and Maree Tassell being co-owners of both companies.
Soon after starting on her property investment journey, Carrie found she struggled to trust large and mostly sales-focused real estate companies to manage her assets effectively. iRentProperty grew from that point, with her initially managing "for some friends and contacts", and later linking up with Nick & Maree to offer a wider service to the investor community.
Carrie has a background as a legal executive and is a self-confessed "personal development junkie", and she is committed to looking after your property and your tenants as if they were her own.
Nick and Maree are locally-based property investors who own a number of rental properties around New Zealand. Nick and Maree's investment track record, and that of their hundreds of current and past clients, is based on their knowing the value of a team to get a great investment result and that good property investment means providing good homes. Nick and Maree are master investors and will help iRentProperty clients to get the most out of their properties.
