Changing to iRentProperty is easy
It is very easy and fast to change to iRentProperty, we take care of everything
Step 1: Fill in short form below, and we will give you a call. Or you can just call Carrie on 021 029 65019
Step 2: We will send you a management authority to confirm and send back.
Step 3: We instruct you on how to notify your existing property manager of the change and confirm your last day with them.

Step 4: We contact your current property manager prior to the end of your notice period to get the tenants contact details. We use these to say hi to your tenant and get to know them, let them know what is happening, and share new bank account details and other stuff.
Step 5: On the changeover day, we’ll collect keys and documents from the old property manager and thoroughly review them. Keys to your property will be added to our secure storage.
Step 6: We schedule a first inspection with your tenant and send you a report. If we haven't done so already, we review your property for potential strategic improvements that you might want to consider in time.
You can relax! Payments will be made to you on the 1st and 15th of each month. A statement will be sent to you at the end of each month and
inspection reports emailed quarterly. Rent reviews occur annually.
